Crowder and Solomon Hill were pulled from warmups for Grizzlies..so they are likely on the move as well. Which is the smart way to go.
Given Iggy, Crowder, Hill are a combined 38.3M this season - with the latter two expiring, this is shaping up to a big time deal. Looks like the Heat will be able to unload at least one undesirable contract, which just furthers my belief they gave up legit talent to Memphis. Probably Tyler Herro.

I mean thats a solid move for the Grizzlies to get Winslow for Iggy. It's not a first round pick but it's a player they supposedly covet and gives them another young talent to go with Ja, JJJ, Clarke. Solidifies their SF position long-term, if he can ever stay healthy.

Grizzlies definitely shaking things up.
Crowder will be a very nice pickup for a contender.

For the record, Iguodala could totally prove to be washed up. We'll see.
If that is the case, at least the Heat protected their precious 2021 cap space.

Kings send Dewayne Dedmon and 2 2nd round picks to the Hawks for Jabari Parker and Alex Len
Dedmon didn't like his minutes with the Kings..so now hes backing up Capela. Guess Hawks did it for the 2 picks.

Hawks did it for the picks but fwiw Dedmon did have his best years in Atlanta the two seasons prior to this. Behind Capela he's not going to get the 25mpg he saw then but at least he is back in familiar territory and Capela does tend to miss games. Excellent backup if he accepts the role.
Kings did it to get rid of a disgruntled player and save $ to potentially resign Bogdanovic. Plus they had a ton of 2nd rd picks to spare anyhow.
The fact that they've now traded Dedmon and Ariza just proves how dumb their offseason spending was. They still have a grossly overpaid Barnes and Cory Joseph. Their one hit was the smallest contract of them all with Holmes.

Heat are working to expand Iguodala trade to include the Heat getting Danilo Gallinari according to Woj. Justice Winslow is headed to Memphis but one of the details involves the Heat dropping the protections on the pick they owe to OKC as enticement for the deal. Miami currently owes OKC a pick that is top 14 protected in 2021.
Feel bad for CP3. I thought the idea was to try to compete but it looks like Presti is back a rebuilding mode.

Memphis has agreed to a three-year, $35M extension with Dillon Brooks, league sources tell ESPN.
Philadlephia has acquired Golden State's Glenn Robinson and Alec Burks, league source tells ESPN. Philadelphia sending draft compensation to the Warriors. Sixers are sending Warriors a 2020 second-round via Dallas, and a 2021 second-round pick via Denver, and 2022 second-round pick via Toronto, league source tells ESPN.

Based on the rumblings, the deal could look like - in terms of players - Gallo/Iggy to Mia; Winslow, Waiters and James Johnson to Memphis and then Solomon Hill and Jae Crowder to OKC.
Definitely sucks to lose Gallo and his 19.1ppg and 41% on threes on a surprising 31-20 OKC team. At the least the Thunder are theoretically getting two guys that can help. Crowder isn't Gallo by any stretch but he is a proven veteran and has been a full-time starter for the Grizz and Hill is a relatively decent 3&D guy who teams would like a lot more if not for his terrible contract.

Crowder and Hill were just shipped to Miami according to the Athletic. So I'm beginning to believe that OKC's part of the deal is off. Dion Waiters is heading to Memphis.

MIN finally gets their man.

I figured the OKC part was shaky because Miami would be pushing Gallo to sign an extension akin to Iggy where 2021-2022 was not guaranteed and no reason for him to agree to that.
So:
Miami gets Iggy, Crowder, Hill Memphis gets Winslow, Waiters and James Johnson No draft picks involved
This actually turned out to be a great deal for the Heat in that they gave up no picks, no young players (outside of Winslow that is) and they managed to unload the contracts of Waiters/Johnson (owed 28.7M next season) for expiring deals. And, as I noted above, Crowder and Hill are veterans who can actually contribute if called upon and both seem like they'd fit on this Miami team.
The Grizzlies must really covet Winslow

Smaller deal
Clippers trade Derrick Walton Jr and 1.3M in cash to ATL for 2nd rd pick that will never convey
Clippers free up a roster spot and get a small trade exception Hawks get some $ for a dude who played at the University of Michigan, so clearly he is awesome

Rockets trade Jordan Bell Grizzlies trade Bruno Caboclo 2nd rd picks are also involved
Initially I was going to make a comment about how "of course the Rockets trade a big for a SF"....
That said, Bell is 6'8" 216 and Caboclo is 6'9" 218. So yeah. Caboclo showed some flashes last season, - 8.3ppg 4.6rpg 36.9 3fg% in 34 games - so perhaps the Rockets think they can get some of that

Via Shams: "Knicks are finalizing a deal to send Marcus Morris to the Clippers for Moe Harkless and other assets, league sources tell @theathleticnba @stadium. Sides still working on exact additional players/picks."
Lakers were obviously pursuing Morris too Clips just nabbed a guy averaging 19.6ppg 5.4rpg and shooting 43.9% on threes That's pretty significant

Ah Isaiah Thomas back in LA
FWIW his short stint with the Lakers back in 2018 he was productive. He has also been decently productive this season for the Wizards in place of the injured Wall. 12.2ppg 3.7apg 41.3% on threes. He may be perceived as a throw-in next to Morris but he has the potential to be more than that, esp. given Beverley's injury history - which has already cost him 11 games this season.

Toronto, Boston, Indiana and Milwaukee didn't make any moves. Philly made a couple minor additions with Burks/GRob3 and moving Ennis. We'll see if Miami being the aggressor of the Top 6 pays off
More action in the playoff picture in the West - especially if you consider older moves like Utah getting Clarkson, Portland getting Ariza, Dallas getting WCS etc. Houston obviously shook things up. Clippers and Nuggets made moves. OKC stood pat, which would have been super surprising at the start of the season but not so much now. Lakers were hamstrung and will just hit up the buyout market.
The team that surprised me with their inactivity was the Spurs. They are not known for midseason deals but at 22-28, they could have either made moves to try and hit that 8th spot to keep their record steak alive OR they could have just thrown in the towel and been a seller. That they did nothing is kind of an odd decision.
