We need to get rid of this 2 day trade wait period. Just send em through! Lol Agree. Anyone else support this change? Works for me. It's been so rare that anyone ever has real issues with deals

Brook Lopez didn't start hitting them till he was 28. Andre is 29. If he continues.. it's a good pickup.

Lopez always had a good jumper, even going back to his college days at Stanford. He just didn't use it much because he was so much bigger than other college bigs that it didn't make sense to pull him out of the post. He shot 78.9% on FTs his last year in college showing the guy had touch - which continued in the NBA where his FT% remained stout and he had nice touch on midrange jumpers. It was just at age 28 that his range and shot selection extended to threes.
Drummond blows. If he wants to start chucking up threes, teams will let him.

Well I was gonna pick up Drummond for rebounds..but I didn't wanna have 4 Bulls on my roster and surprised nobody went for Steven Adams..but I guess I was the only one needing rebounds for foolishly trading Ayton.

I highly doubt Drummond gets that much of a chance to chuck up threes so if you want to hold onto him with hopes you've unlocked something special, go right ahead.

Adams averaging 3.4apg last season definitely ranks up there as one of the more surprising stats I've seen.
As for me, I opted for the likes of Claxton and Gafford to chase youth, upside and blocks.

I almost did Gafford..I ready the lil paragraph about Gortat hyping him up..and how he would be a good flyer since Zingis gets injured. But I'm gonna punt blocks..so went with more guaranteed rebounds in Adams.
and Claxton's free throws scared me off, although Adams isn't great either

It's not ideal but the guy takes two FTA a game. so I can take that hit.
With veterans like Aldridge, Drummond, Griffin gone from the roster, there is limited competition at C so maybe he gets to that 28mpg range and perhaps 11-12ppg 7-8rpg 1.5-1.8bpg 62fg% type player.

Made a few pickups, including PatBev and totally missed that Fultz hadn't been drafted...off to a banner start paying attention to the wire, dumbass.

With Suggs & Anthony..and coming off a fractured Big toe..I figure that foot is gonna hamper him all year. Then Suggs got hurt..so I'm liking owning Anthony right now. Magic seems like they have 25 guys on the roster..because they have alot of talent..deep squad. and will be back in the lottery next year to add to it

I don't even know what to make of the Magic frankly.
Between Suggs, Cole, Fultz, Hampton, Harris, Ross. Heck they even like Cannady enough to give him a two year deal. That's a lot of guards. Of course based on their history, 3 will be injury at any given moment and old reliables like Gary Harris and Terrence Ross will find their way to notable playing time.

LaMelo wanting to be like his bro.
Injured. High Ankle Sprain.
I'd say LeAngelo should be concerned but no one cares.

Magic are a hard read so I wanted to stay away from drafting any of their players especially guards. Obviously Banchero and Anthony are their guys of the future but Suggs is starting off an injury prone career, Fultz is the veteran pro at injuries and Harris, Ross and Hampton just seem like crapshoots every night. I picked up Fultz because the injury doesn't seem long term and the Magic have invested 50 million in him so I figure he's somewhat part of their core. I can stash him on IR until he gets healthy and hopefully he returns and helps me in the assist category. I started to pick up Miles Bridges (I see Oak did) but it's rumors he may miss the year with his outstanding legal issues because they keep getting pushed back. Charlotte seems to want to have a resolution first with that and Im thinking the NBA can probably ill afford to take it lightly with Bridges especially with images floating around. So barring some miraculous not guilty or retraction, I think he's looking at a minimum of 25 games. The most recent DV suspension was Jeffrey Taylor in 2014, also playing with the Charlotte Hornets, and he got 24 games after pleading guilty. The climate towards DV in 2014 and now is vastly different so I can't see the league wanting anything less than that. But it's a low-risk pickup. I just wouldn't be shocked if he gets hammered (rightfully so).

Bridges has his court date continued to tomorrow again. I just added to see if maybe charges changed...but I'm likely gonna drop him in the next few days if somebody wants to try the same lol. Figured it was an Obi move. Now if he was INJ eligible I'd keep him.

That ain't nothing compares to the front court. You got 5th and 6th options in Bol Bol and Isaac.

It's cute you think Isaac is ever going to be an actual option for them.
