Zero chance Tony wins...he's peaked..too big a target..his days are numbered
Pulling hard for Jeremy
and just put the exile to rest..I guess they are just hanging out there waiting.

Yeah Nacho is a marked man. It's sad because he's a good dude in a bad situation. But Lalo is nuts.
I don't really like Kim. She's so bi-polar to me. One minute she wants to play by the rules. Next minute she wants to do something stupid with Jimmy.
Snowfall is wild. I can't wait for the new season.

yeah Exile serves no purpose. I can't possibly root for the person who gets back in knowing they've been gone so long.
I'm rooting for Tony, Jeremy. Everyone else is just no.

Watched the series finale of probably my top 3 fav. shows of all time Homeland. Very well done. Worth a binge watch of the series.
Ended up watching The Last Dance episodes 3 & 4 this morning at work.

I just picked a random Netflix show to binge watch this week.
Another Life.
Interesting if you like Katee Sackhoff + Sci Fi stuff. Only 10 episodes and was already renewed for a 2nd season, so no worries about it being unresolved then canned.

I'm pulling for Rob or Jeremy to get back in the game
But I really like Michelle's attitude..she's growing on me and I wouldn't mind seeing her win it all
Zach is getting hammered on his IG, and he knows it. He's posting new pics of him and Jenna and everybody is still slamming him in the comments.
Previews looks like not many are going to actually get a skull..so it may be just a few actually able to win it all.

Is there even a point to most from Edge getting back in the game this late? Let's say Natalie makes it back because she has so many advantages heading in to the challenge. Let's say she makes it to the Finals with the help of her idol. What exactly is her case for being Sole Survivor given she was like the first eliminated? "Oh I survived on Edge of Extinction this entire time, I won some challenges on the Edge that helped me get fire tokens, I won my way back in and basically had to just survive two eliminations (since she has an idol)" - hardly a compelling case and she won't beat out Tony, Ben or Sarah with that resume and would be hard pressed to even beat Denise or Michelle. Unless it's someone who JUST got sent to Edge who has a legitimate resume from the actual game - like Jeremy, Nick, Tyson etc - I don't see a path to winning.
Then again, they did spend a ton of time together on Edge with each other as The Jury. So there may be a case that the personal relationships developed and they also had the chance to see what they did on Edge, in terms of surviving and lasting and winning those challenges. Maybe that is enough to trump what they see in those tribal councils. So maybe but in my eyes, I can't justify say Natalie or Amber or even Rob winning Sole Survivor over any of the remaining 5.
It's a weird season. All I know is the fire tokens have proven pointless. Even these random advantages/disadvantages being sold and buying stuff like rice and peanut butter hasn't really proven particularly enthralling.

I'd be surprised if Natalie didn't come out of Edge. on the previews (yea i paused it) she is leading..but you see Wendel right there..but you dont see Rob..so maybe Rob got ahead of her.
I don't much care for Ben anymore..I wanted Jeremy to keep going. so now I'm pulling for Michelle. Even though I think crazy Tony has played the best game.
I like both Zach & Jenna..but after he cheated on her..and is always a dick in how he speaks down to her in the past..it just wasn't a good look. And everybodys on his case about it.
Yea Bear's entertaining..but Kailah is already been with her new bf for a few months, (right after old dude dumped her) so she didn't waste time moving on.

Sad that this Sunday is the conclusion of The Last Dance.
This has been absolutely fascinating.
I doubt it's coming anytime soon but can't wait to see what they do with the film from Kobe's last season. It'll be heartbreaking to watch obviously but it'll be a must-watch if only to just feel like we have Kobe back somehow.

Survivor?
Glad they won..was deserved and should have won. Although I think 3rd place should have got a couple votes. Michelle looked smoking hot last night, so it sucks there was no reunion lol. But that was a long 3 hours.
Challenge?
damn.. and still lost all respect for Zach...what a dick. Never liked how he talks to Jenna.

Tony deserved the win. He played a near perfect game when you consider his challenge wins, his much improved social game and choice of alliances, his blindside of Sophie and that he never had his name written down. In the Super Bowl of Survivors, that type of track record should assure a victory.
I would have been so pissed off if Natalie won. Frankly I find it absurd she even got 4 votes. I realize that she did the best she could with the hand she was dealt and you could say she "dominated" Edge of Extinction but at the same time, I think she was totally given an unfair advantage. By being there the longest, she knew the island best and that gave her a leg up on finding prizes. Also it allowed her to collect fire tokens which gave her a massive advantage in the challenge in getting back into the game - which she barely won btw. That was hugely unfair to the people who just got eliminated and had no chance to win fire tokens and thus no advantages. Also she KNEW the template for winning Survivor coming back from the Edge was to put your life on the line and beat the top dog in the fire making challenge because it was done before. She wimped out and that clearly cost her respect and votes.
As for Michelle, she was way better than your usual 3rd place person. More often than not they don't belong there and they have 0% chance of winning. I mean, the latter still applied here but she did belong for how she had to claw her way this far.
As for the Challenge, that jenna vs tori match was amazing. Kudos to both. That looked rough. Glad Tori is gone. Granted that may mean Jordan is even more psycho going forward. Also I'm not sure if I enjoy or detest some of this childish drama going on. Nany vs Aneesa. Nelson vs Kayleigh. Like instead of being an ass and apologizing, how about you just not be an ass in the first place? Then again, the show would be like 20 minutes long without the drama, so yeah, maybe I do enjoy it. Sometimes. There is drama that I just never cared for, like anything and everything to do with Kyle/Paulie/Cara Maria.

I would have gave Michelle a couple votes and Natalie a couple votes. Was surprised Jeremy didn't vote Tony. But I think Tony is up there with the GOAT's now. He's dethroned the "queen"aka quitter.
Apparently Cory is the guy Jenna hooked up with and was in the DM's thats got Zach so pissed. But I actually like Tori..so I hated to see them go up against each other. Its time for Bananas & Wes to stop waiting and try and get a skull. But the Nany/Aneesa was uncomfortable to watch. But for years Nany always goes crazy when she's drunk. I think Jordan may go off the rails and just nominate himself into it so he can get a skull. looks like next week is Nelson vs Kyle scruff up. Why Nelson keeps getting the call back, I dunno. He's never proved anything.

On another TV note. How to get away with Murder had it's series finale. Very climatic, cliff hanger, twisting series. Had a very solid ( a little rushed) since they had to get it all in in 1 hour. But Sold finale. Was a top 15 show for me.

Natalie and Jeremy were really close. Tony said he understood that vote because they were like family. So his vote seemed personal. Natalie bought Tyson an idol with her fire tokens and therefore bought his vote. Ethan reportedly never even met Tony so all he knew was Natalie and probably respected how much of a beast she was on the Edge of Extinction challenges. Parvati spent more time on the Edge than in the game and they showed her working with Natalie.
I don't think Natalie deserved any of these votes but it is what it is. Edge is a stupid "twist" and needs to go. Likewise for fire tokens.
Honestly, I'd actually like to see a season with NO hidden immunity idols just to see how that changes the game.

Really now? Interesting.
I mean, if that's the case, then I can see why Zach would be acting like a punk. I mean he's being over the top but I can at least understand the initial anger.

It was a stupid move for him to put himself in and I wonder if he was coaxed by producers to make for "great TV". Why go against your primary ally + someone who is arguably the best player ever? Would have made more sense for him to wait and go against Josh.
"Great TV" would have been them working together all season and then having to face on the finals.
BTW this elimination challenge is lame. Punching walls and requiring luck to find stuff? I prefer stuff where you control your own fate, like the pole grip thing.

Well I had it ruined for me.. About 30 minutes into it, I had hit the info button and saw the episode title was "The Showdown" So I was like damn..Wes is going to do it. So I checked my guide to see if next weeks had a title. Then BAM! it reads something like Bananas...etc. etc. So I already knew Bananas was going to win and Wes was going to go in.
I too wondered if it was production pushing it for the final showdown. But I really wanted them two to play it out in the finale. Now there's going to be floaters and people in there that aren't worthy.

It was a dumb move also because big picture: (A) He wins - sure he can add "Beat Bananas" in an elimination on his resume but Bananas still has way more championships and still will be viewed as the better player (B) He loses - he further solidifies that Bananas is and always will be the superior player AND he basically went against his "ally", just making it that much harder to trust him in the future if you are someone else - which is already hard to begin with given he is a snake. An enjoyable for TV snake but snake nonetheless.
Just didn't seem like a smart move at all and the one thing Wes does is generally make smart moves. SO I do think he was either pressured or even incentivized by producers to do this - and Bananas knew it also, which is why he took it so well when he beat him.

I agree, but it did feel good inside to see them hug it out and be friends. Guess it was a feel good moment..and could have been setup the whole time with them starting out as allies.
I'd love to see Cory/Nelson have to go head to head.
I'd like to see Dee go home
also Kyle is a floater..and is just scared and wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't even get a chance for a red scull
I will say following Wes on IG..he's done very well for himself. and is doing big things with his company.

Wes. CT. Derrick K. Leroy. My 4 favorite guys on The Challenge.
Gonna be hard to enjoy this season knowing none of them are around and I have to deal with Josh and Swaggy and Kyle. Nothing against Fessy but he is boring. Heck I even miss Bear at this stage. All I have left is Bananas and that guy can only do so much without a compelling side story and he doesn't really have that with Wes, Jordan and Bear all gone.
I find the female side to be even less entertaining.

Mine is Bananas, Wes, Leroy, CT (Kenny too if he wasn't banned) also respect Darrell and pull for him
2 weeks ago with Jenna and Kailah leaving hurt me for the ladies.
It'll get down to crunch time and backstabbing the closer it gets.
I don't think Josh/Swaggy fued is done with yet.
Swaggy is done anyways if it's anything to do with water..which there will be

How can you not have Derrick on there? Guy is a challenge legend.
Josh was super annoying on Big Brother and to see him infiltrate The Challenge was not great.
My hope for this week was a double elimination and Bananas knocked out Cory and Wes knocked out Josh. Seeing Wes go after Jenna last week and Bear the week before that, it hasn't been ideal.
At this stage I'm pretty much just rooting for Bananas and Aneesa to win just because I'd rather the vets win.

Ehh...he's tough, spunky, I liked him back in his wild day moreso than the mature older family guy. He's still tough but I'd put him behind Darrell.
I think Dee is still a target. Rogan wants her gone even though they still have a connection. Especially with Wes gone, and Jenny still wants revenge for Dee coming after her.
I couldn't stand Swaggy on BB...but he's actually been cool on the Challenge. I can't stand "Bae" regardless.
I think Nelson will stay in Cory's ear that it's time to get a skull and he'll volunteer in.

So left
Men: Cory, Bananas, Josh, Kyle, Nelson, Rogan, Swaggy, Fessy Women: Aneesa, Dee, Jennifer, Mattie, Melissa, Nany, Bayleigh, Kaycee
I'll root for Bananas/Rogan and Melissa/Kaycee
I'm not the biggest Bananas fan but I'd rather he win than Cory/Nelson and Rogan is at least funny and tries - whereas Kyle is a floater and Swaggy/Josh/Fessy are either annoying or boring. Personality wise Kaycee is the best and looks wise Melissa is the best - of course odds are Jennifer will destroy them all.
